- We held our first and second PotBlessings of 2009 in July and August at Liberty Station's NTC
Park. Both events were held on beautiful, sunny San Diego days and a great time was had by
all.
| 20th ANNIVERSARY PARTY |
- CCGW turned 20 on May 14, 2009 and we held a anniversary celebration on June 6th. Church
members past and present were in attendance for an afternoon filled with fellowship, fun and
food at Pastor Mike's home. Special service awards were given out to multiple people, including
Pastors Mike and Fina. Check out the pictures by clicking here.
| FIFTH ANNUAL "UNDIE SUNDAY" 2009 |
- For less-fortunate families, the new school year can carry with it a financial burden. Often times
items that we take for granted can become unaffordable, creating a shameful situation for
children when they head back to school.
- To help alleviate the burden and take away the shame, we once again blessed the children of
The Way Station with socks, underwear, backpacks and school supplies. Thank you to
everyone who gave to this great outreach!
- Thanks to the donations from CCGW's "Undie Sunday," we were able to once again bless the
less-fortunate children of the High Desert thorough The Way Station's "Undie Monday." The

| PROJECT ANGEL TREE 2008 |
- Project Angel Tree was a success once again this year, thanks to everyone who bought
presents for children of an incarcerated parent. Gifts were turned in on Sunday, December 14th
and distributed by Pastor Fina and Frank Godinez during the week before Christmas.
| THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE 2008 |
- This year's annual food drive took place on November 23rd. All the food was donated to our
sister ministry, The Way Station where it was distributed for Thanksgiving. A big THANK YOU
goes out to everyone who participated this year. God bless you all.

| THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE |
- This year's annual food drive will take place on Sunday, November 22nd. If you would like food
donation letters and bags from the church, you can pick them up on Sunday, November 8th. Or,
if you would like to purchase your own contribution for the food drive, please bring all food items
with you to church on the 22nd.
| SANCTUARY CHRISTMAS DECORATING |
- Join us on Saturday, December 5th at 5:00 p.m. when we "deck the halls" of the church
sanctuary.
| PROJECT ANGEL TREE |
- We will once again participate in Project Angel Tree this year. If you would like to buy a gift(s) for
a child, please sign up at church. All gifts will be due back on Sunday, December 13th. For
more information on the program, please see Assistant Pastor Fina Rodriguez.
| CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE |
- Start a family tradition and join us for our annual Christmas Eve Service which will be held on
Thursday, December 24th at 7:00 p.m.
