The Way Station ministry and Steven and Duffy Cook hold a very special

Pastor Mike met the Cooks in line at the Kenneth Copeland Believers’
Convention back in 2001. That year (and every year since), we donated the
food from our Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive to The Way Station and
helped them feed hundreds of families. Since then, Steven and Duffy have
become Associate Pastors in our church and make the trek from Joshua
Tree to attend service at CCGW the first and last Sunday of each month.
Steven has also blessed us by becoming a member of our Music Ministry.
The Way Station feeds on average 400 people per month and has lead
hundreds of people to the Lord over the past 20 years. If you are interested

The Way Station celebrated twenty years of ministry on Saturday, October 21, 2006, so a group
from CCGW loaded up the cars and headed up to Joshua tree to join in the celebration. It was a
privilege for us to be included in their very special day and to show our support for Associate
Pastors Steven and Duffy Cook as well as the entire staff at The Way Station.
